1 / Can I use an e-gift card in-store?
Yes! If we're using the Wix mobile app, we can accept your e-gift card as payment in-store. You must present your gift card code when making a purchase. Please let your server know in advance that you'll be using an e-gift card.
2 / I purchased a printed gift card in-store. Can I exchange it for an e-gift card?
Yes. Bring your printed gift card to our shop, and a staff member will issue a new e-gift card. You’ll need to provide the email address where you want to receive it. Your old printed card will be discarded.
3 / I deleted the email where I received my e-gift card. Can I have it sent to a new email address?
Yes. Visit our store and bring a government-issued ID that matches the name on the gift card. We’ll disable the original card and issue a new one to your updated email.
4 / What should I do if I lost the email with my e-gift card?
Please call our store and provide your full name and the original email address. We’ll re-send the e-gift card to your email.
5 / Can I get a refund for a purchased e-gift card?
Unfortunately, Wix does not allow or support refunds for purchased e-gift cards. Our store does not offer refunds for any type of purchased gift card as well.
